Banana Split Cupcakes

These cupcakes are something I've wanted to try for a while now. I have always loved banana splits since I was little and now I can enjoy sharing them with Aiden. They are chocolate and strawberry cupcakes, bananas, marshmallow topping, whipped cream and of course a cherry on top. These are great for adults and kids alike, but they are just a little messy!

I am also entering these cupcakes in a contest, so look out for the poll when it's time to vote!

Peach and Mocha Muffins

We love to test out new products that we can share with others. Yesterday I made some really nice peach muffins with some of the best fresh peaches I've ever had. We got the peaches from our local farmers market. This morning we tried making some mocha muffins and they turned out pretty well. They just need a little tweeking and then they'll be ready to sell when we move.

Welcome to Sauces 'n' Sweets!

We're here to provide homemade, tasty sauces and delicious pastries from our kitchen to your home. In efforts to support our local farmers, we use mostly local grown fruits and vegetables to ensure the best final product we can. Currently we make various tomato sauces, candies and interesting flavors of cupcakes, cookies and muffins.

Who we are:

'Sauces 'n' Sweets' is made up of my girlfriend Shannon and myself, Rob. We are a young couple from South Jersey with a passion for food. Growing up in families with a love of cooking, we both enjoy making food for our family and friends. We have a 2 year old son that was born to eat, starting out young with homemade baby foods such as Lasagna, Meatloaf and fruit and veggie medley. We love to watch shows on the Food Network, it helps drive our affection for everything edible. From "Next Food Network Star" to "Cupcake Wars" and my personal favorite "Good Eats," we gather more and more inspiration for new dishes.
